I chose Ana because she looked like best provider of personal training services in Kingston. I had contacted another personal trainer who responded a couple of times then didn’t turn up to the appointment!
I have personal training at my house for 30-minute sessions three times a week and it has been a brilliant addition to my life. As a new mum, trying to exercise with a six-month old baby in tow has been challenging. Ana is very happy to train me around the baby (literally) and having the Amazon sessions gives me impetus to get up and get going several mornings a week.

I absolutely love the variety that Ana brings to each workout. The time flies by as I am so busy concentrating on what we’re doing and not just repeating the same exercises every session. I also feel that I am always being challenged physically and my cardiovascular fitness has definitely improved.
