I wanted to lose two stone, drop a few dress sizes, tone up, feel healthier and have more energy for myself and my two toddlers.
I’d been very active as a child doing various sports. However, throughout my adulthood I’d battled with my weight. I hadn’t done any exercise for the last few years and had developed pain in my right ankle stopping me from doing any weight bearing exercises.
I signed up for the 12-week quick weight loss programme which looked at my diet and included exercise to slowly increase my cardio fitness, and strengthen supporting muscles in order not to aggravate my ankle injury. My progression was carefully monitored by Ana every 2-3 weeks and and my exercise plan and diet were adjusted accordingly.
I lost 2 stone 2 pounds and dropped from a size 18 to a size 14. After years of suffering with an ankle injury, it’s not hurting anymore and I can freely do weight bearing exercises. I now feel strong, toned, light on my feet, healthy and happy!
After I finished the 12-week quick weight loss programme, I booked 20 personal training sessions and I’m now training twice a week. I’ve lost 11 pounds and I’m now a size 12!
