Our 30-minute express sessions are based on HIIT or high intensity interval training. So you’ll get all the benefits from an hour session packed into just 30 minutes. Hint: It’s high intensity!
Each session is a mixture of cardio and strength exercises which include non-contact boxing and kicking with pads and boxing gloves, as well as circuit training with sand bags, slam balls, Russian heavy bags and much more.
