Our quick weight loss programme, with a very high success rate, is just what you need to kick-start your journey towards a healthier, fitter, slimmer you.
The eight-week weight loss programme includes four 60-minute personal training sessions per week, including cardio and strength training. While the 12-week plan includes three 60-minute sessions per week.
Both programmes include body measurements, a nutritional plan and weekly adjustments, as you get fitter and slimmer. And, of course we’re on hand to encourage and motivate you every step of the way.
The Amazons Bootcamp offers ladies personal training sessions throughout south west London, Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
And what’s more we can train anywhere you like: your home, your back garden or your local park.
