I chose The Amazons Bootcamp after reading a review in a magazine and was keen on the high intensity workouts and weight loss.

Ana was lovely and came right to my door (no excuses!), which is great for very early morning sessions. I really enjoyed training with Ana and I really enjoyed the exercise. It helped with both toning and weight loss and I was more motivated to do more exercise outside of my sessions with Ana. I would definitely recommend Ana for someone looking for weight loss and motivation.

One thing that stands out would be that it was probably my most enjoyable personal training sessions as I got on really well with Ana, and the convenience and results too!
