You’re already a keen runner or cyclist. And you may have already competed in a cycling or running event like a marathon or duathlon. But if you want to smash your PB, you need advanced personal training to take your performance to the next level.
Your advanced training programme will begin with a fitness level assessment and a chat about your goals and your events. Your training sessions will then include a combination of body weight and cardio exercises as well as running, cycling and turbo sessions so you become fitter and stronger as your training progresses.
Ideally your advanced training programme will include at least 2 x 60-minute sessions a week, ideally 8-12 weeks before your big event.
The Amazons Bootcamp offers women advanced training sessions for half and full marathons, triathlons, and cycling events throughout south west London, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
